About the Role

This exciting opportunity is open to local candidates of Delhi & Noida who can commit to working 5 days a week, from 11AM-8PM. You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and qualifying leads from various sources, including tender and bidding portals.
  • Evaluating leads to determine their fit with our offerings and funneling qualified opportunities into the sales pipeline.
  • Managing the end-to-end process of responding to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Collaborating with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations that address client needs and showcase our solutions.

You will work closely with the sales team to provide product insights, competitive analysis, and customer pain points during the sales process.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience or ability to identify, manage, and qualify leads from different tender and bidding portals.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling RFPs, RFIs, and tenders with a track record of successful submissions.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to clearly articulate technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
  • A proven ability to write clear, compelling, and technically accurate proposals.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in proposals and solutions.
