Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to manage and streamline pre-sales processes, ensuring alignment between sales, operations, and client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Development & Management: Create compelling presentations, case studies, and proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Tracking & Analytics: Monitor proposal submission progress and outcomes, analyze results to improve the RFP submission-to-win ratio.
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with sales and operations teams to incorporate project outcomes, learnings, and feedback into future proposals.
  • Client Engagement: Proactively follow up with clients on submitted proposals, address queries, and gather feedback to build strong client relationships.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in pre-sales, sales support, or a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time-management skills.
