Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to join our team at Insights Opinion. This role requires a professional with strong organizational and communication skills to manage and streamline pre-sales processes, ensuring alignment between sales, operations, and client needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Content Development & Management:
- Create compelling and customized presentations, case studies, and proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Maintain a comprehensive library of reusable content for efficiency in future proposal generation.
- Tracking & Analytics:
- Manage and update the RFQ (Request for Quotation) tracker to monitor proposal submission progress and outcomes.
- Analyze proposal outcomes to improve the RFP submission-to-win ratio and generate actionable insights for the team.
- Cross-Team Coordination:
- Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to incorporate project outcomes, learnings, and feedback into future proposals.
- Ensure timely updates and alignment across departments for seamless project execution and client delivery.
- Client Engagement:
- Proactively follow up with clients on submitted proposals, address queries, and gather feedback to build strong client relationships.
- Act as a liaison to ensure that client needs are understood and met effectively.
- Process Optimization:
- Identify areas for improvement in pre-sales processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and success rates.
- Maintain organized documentation for all proposals, case studies, and related correspondence.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in pre-sales, sales support, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and proposal management software is a plus.
We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development, and a collaborative work environment.
