Customer Care Success Advocate

At Monotype DACH, we're seeking a Customer Care Success Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer purchase and billing issues, including credit card, PayPal, and invoice transactions.

• Collaborate with corporate customers and stakeholders to establish invoice accounts, process purchase orders, and generate invoices.

• Leverage standard responses and customize them as needed to address customer inquiries, escalating to native speakers when required.

• Communicate with the development team and finance team to address common customer questions, ensuring product integrity and escalating support and feature enhancement requests as necessary.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems and text applications (MSOffice, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.).

• Basic knowledge of HTML5 and CSS.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, working within time targets and self-motivated to work on a team or individually.

• Good typing skills in English.

• Willingness to work in a rotational shift on weekends and holidays, as well as a permanent shift on weekends and holidays in Australia, UK, US, and India.
