The Customer Success Manager for GST clients at Masters India Private Limited plays a pivotal role in driving product engagement, maximizing customer satisfaction, and reducing churn. This team guides clients through the entire lifecycle, from onboarding to product adoption, helping them unlock the full value of our solutions. The ultimate goal is to ensure that customers are successful and fully engaged.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding: Understand clients' objectives and align Masters India's products to meet their needs.
  • Product Adoption: Demonstrate the value of Masters India's solutions to customers and ensure high levels of product adoption.
  • Proactive Solutions: Identify both stated and unstated customer issues, providing proactive solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term loyalty.
  • Customer Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire customer lifecycle, including onboarding, training, and ongoing product usage.
  • Account Health Monitoring: Monitor customer engagement to identify at-risk accounts and deploy strategies to mitigate churn.
  • Opportunity Identification: Track account health, continuously identifying opportunities to enhance product usage.
  • Feedback Mechanism: Serve as the customer advocate, providing feedback to internal teams such as Product and Tech to improve our offerings.
  • Education and Training: Educate customers on relevant product features, functionalities, and best practices tailored to their specific business needs.
  • Product Roadmap Understanding: Gain a deep understanding of Masters India's product roadmap to communicate its value to clients effectively.
  • Usage Analysis: Utilize MixPanel to track usage patterns and create actionable insights.
  • Resource Provision: Equip customers with knowledge of Masters India's self-service tools like JIRA and resources.

Qualifications:

  • CA with 1-2 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of the GST domain.
  • Passionate about customer success, with a proven ability to deliver long-term value.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of driving customer success at various organizational levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage pressure and deadlines effectively.
