About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Professional to join our team at Trezi. As a key member of our customer success team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers achieve their goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new customers, providing training and support to ensure a seamless transition to our software.
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, providing timely and helpful assistance to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Program Development: Collaborate with the customer success team to create and deliver customer success programs, initiatives, and campaigns.
  • Customer Data Analysis: Monitor customer usage data, identifying areas for improvement and providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Issue Resolution: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Materials Development: Contribute to the development of customer success materials, resources, and training programs.
  • Meetings and Outreach: Participate in customer success meetings, contributing innovative ideas and engaging in customer outreach to gather success stories and testimonials.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate customer records and data in our CRM system.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research, gathering insights on customer needs and preferences to inform business decisions.
  • Event Planning: Assist in organizing and executing customer events and webinars.
Requirements
  • Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Customer Focus: Customer-focused with a genuine desire to help and support others.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Passion for Learning: Passion for learning about customer success and the software industry.
  • Adaptability: Positive attitude, adaptability, and enthusiasm to take on new challenges.
