Job Description

MyOperator is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving customer success and retention.



Key Responsibilities


  • Customer Success Management: Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive retention and growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of customer success professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Customer Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.


Requirements


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: 4-7 years of experience in customer success or related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM software and data analysis tools.


KPIs


  • Reduce the percentage of churn rate.
  • Increase the count of references.
  • Regular Team Training.
  • Increase the MRR.
  • Increase the product usage (mainly of low and medium usage clients).
