Customer Success Manager

MyOperator is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving customer success and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Success Management: Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive retention and growth.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of customer success professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Customer Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Reporting and Analytics: Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: 4-7 years of experience in customer success or related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM software and data analysis tools.
KPIs
- Reduce the percentage of churn rate.
- Increase the count of references.
- Regular Team Training.
- Increase the MRR.
- Increase the product usage (mainly of low and medium usage clients).
