At Hotelogix India Private Limited, we are seeking a talented CUSTOMER SUCCESS ADVOCATE to join our team.

Job Overview:

As a key member of our customer success team, the Customer Success Advocate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving customer adoption and retention, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Own overall relationship with assigned clients, including managing on-boarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Meet with clients regularly to discuss their progress, provide support, and identify opportunities for growth
  • Develop and execute customized client success plans to drive customer adoption and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success
  • Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
  • Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of Zoho will be a plus point
