Customer Success Advocate

Monotype, the world's #1 company in fonts, is seeking a Customer Care Success Representative to join our team in this fast-growing center. Based in NOIDA, Sector 125 (Delhi/NCR), our strategic center of excellence focuses on Market Research, Research in areas of Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning, Product Management, Product Development, Product Marketing, Revenue Marketing, Customer Success and Enterprise Business Solutions.
As a Customer Care Success Representative, you will be responsible for responding and assisting in all aspects of customer needs, such as finding, purchasing, downloading, installing, and implementing products, plus order correction or modification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve purchase and billing issues, including credit card, PayPal, or invoice purchases.
- Work with corporate customers and stakeholders to establish invoice accounts, process purchase orders, and invoicing.
- Leverage standard responses and customize them when necessary, identifying gaps in standard responses.
- Communicate with the development team and finance team regarding common customer questions and maintain product integrity.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Mac text applications (MSOffice, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of HTML5 and CSS.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, working within time targets.
- Self-motivated ability to work on a team or individually, organizing workload to achieve prompt, courteous, and accurate responses to customer requests.
- Good typing skills in English.
- Willingness to work in Australia, UK, US, and India shifts on rotational basis and weekends/holidays.
