Sales Professional with Global Market Expansion Expertise

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Specialist to join our team at Waters Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for launching new products and existing ones into new markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- To drive market growth through strategic product launches and partnerships
- To develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that meet business objectives
- To collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful marketing programs
- To provide training and technical support to sales forces
- To conduct seminars and workshops for customers and prospects
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing or Business discipline
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in marketing communications
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and PowerPoint
Compensation and Benefits
We offer an attractive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
