About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our market expansion efforts. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in new territories and achieving set objectives by maintaining effective relationships with team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand our presence in new markets.
  • Analyze sales data and work with the team to develop strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and implement marketing and sales promotion strategies.
  • Maintain strong market knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and provide insights to help drive sales growth.
  • Track sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding market share.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
