You are a seasoned professional seeking a challenging role that combines your passion for Edtech with your leadership skills. As a Senior Sales Director at NxtWave, you will be responsible for developing and executing B2B strategies to drive business growth through partnerships with colleges and universities across India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • B2B Strategy Development: Create and implement plans to establish long-term partnerships with educational institutions, ensuring alignment with NxtWave's overall business objectives.
  • College Tie-ups and Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with college administrators to promote NxtWave's products and services, resulting in high adoption rates.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Own the sales process, from identifying new business opportunities to closing deals with educational partners.
  • Lead Generation and Outreach: Develop a robust lead generation strategy to connect with college chairpersons and decision-makers through various channels.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing B2B sales team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of growth and accountability.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 8+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in the Edtech sector, preferably with a strong background in forging partnerships with educational institutions.
  • Proven Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and grow a team to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Strategic Thinker with Execution Skills: Ability to develop and execute B2B strategies while ensuring alignment with broader company goals.
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
  • Results-Oriented: Focus on delivering measurable results and driving continuous growth in business through partnerships.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is ₹30-50 lakhs per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits, including 6 working days, work location in Hyderabad, and opportunities for professional growth.
