Head of B2B Growth

We are seeking an exceptional Head of B2B Growth to join our team at NxtWave. This role offers a unique chance to drive business growth and expand our presence across India's educational landscape by developing and executing a comprehensive B2B strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute B2B Strategy: Design and implement a robust B2B strategy to establish long-term partnerships with educational institutions, aligning with NxtWave's overall business goals.
- Establish Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with college and university leaders to promote NxtWave's products and services, ensuring high adoption rates.
- Drive Sales Performance: Take ownership of meeting and exceeding sales targets by driving new business opportunities, handling negotiations, and closing deals with educational partners.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing B2B sales team, providing direction, mentoring, and fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
Requirements:
- Experience in Edtech: Preferably 8+ years in the Edtech sector, with proven experience in forging partnerships with educational institutions.
- Proven Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and grow a team to achieve ambitious targets.
- Strong understanding of lead generation tactics, including how to effectively connect with college chairpersons and top management.
- Ability to develop and execute B2B strategies while ensuring alignment with broader company goals.
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
- Results-Oriented: A focus on delivering measurable results and driving continuous growth in business through partnerships.
