Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Focus on B2B lead generation through paid and organic strategies to attract high-quality leads aligned with our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
  • Organic Growth Strategies: Develop innovative lead-generation strategies tailored specifically for SMB entrepreneurs, emphasizing long-term relationship building and engagement.
  • Customer Profiling: Identify, refine, and target Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) to ensure campaigns resonate with high-value clients in the B2B space.
  • A/B Testing & Segmentation: Run regular A/B tests for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages while segmenting audiences to maximize ROI from targeted campaigns.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Use tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Facebook Ads Manager to track performance, analyze campaign data, and optimize for conversion.
  • Weekly Reporting: Deliver detailed weekly performance reports, highlighting key metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations to refine strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B performance marketing and lead generation targeting SMBs.
  • Expertise in running ad campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
  • Strong skills in audience segmentation, ICP development, and targeting strategies for the B2B market.
  • Ability to create and implement organic growth strategies for B2B lead generation.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other performance tracking software.
