VRT Management Group, LLC is seeking a skilled B2B Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. With a strong focus on driving measurable results in the SMB market, this role will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing campaigns that generate high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute paid and organic strategies to attract and convert Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) in the B2B space.
  • Organic Growth Strategies: Create innovative lead-generation strategies tailored for SMB entrepreneurs, emphasizing long-term relationship building and engagement.
  • A/B Testing & Segmentation: Run regular A/B tests for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages while segmenting audiences to maximize ROI from targeted campaigns.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Use tools like Google Analytics, Campaign Manager, and Facebook Ads Manager to track performance, analyze campaign data, and optimize for conversion.
  • Weekly Reporting: Deliver detailed weekly performance reports, highlighting key metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations to refine strategies.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in B2B performance marketing and lead generation targeting SMBs.
  • Expertise in running ad campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
  • Strong skills in audience segmentation, ICP development, and targeting strategies for the B2B market.
  • Ability to create and implement organic growth strategies for B2B lead generation.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Campaign Manager, and other performance tracking software.
