Head of Revenue and Expansion

NxtWave is a rapidly growing education technology company that aims to bridge the skills gap in India's tech sector. We are seeking an experienced Head of Revenue to join our team and drive business growth across the country. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue strategies, including sales plans, pricing, and strategic partnerships, to ensure sustainable growth and expansion.
The successful candidate will have strong expertise in driving revenue growth, with a proven ability to manage large budgets and resources to maximise revenue impact. They will also have experience in both B2C and B2B sales, adapting strategies to dynamic markets, and leading cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to achieve sales targets. Furthermore, they will possess excellent communication skills, being able to communicate effectively with diverse regions, including multiple Indian languages.
This role offers a competitive salary package, with an estimated annual salary ranging from ₹40 lakh to ₹90 lakh, depending on experience and qualifications.
