At Avance Consulting, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Expansion Director

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will drive business growth by establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key clients. This individual will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing and executing plans to acquire new business, and expanding existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Business Growth Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, increase revenue, and expand market share.
  • Client Retention: Maintain existing client relationships through regular communication, issue resolution, and proactive problem-solving.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in US Non-IT staffing, with a proven track record of business development and expansion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful business development strategies, with a focus on driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
  • Focused and goal-oriented, with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
