Responsibilities
  1. Sales Process Management: Oversee the bid process and ensure a smooth handover to the delivery team.
  2. Client Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients to establish trust and long-term partnerships.
  3. Training and Support: Provide ongoing training and support to clients to maximize product adoption and success.
  4. Product Demonstrations: Develop and deliver impactful product demonstrations and presentations that address specific client needs.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years as a solution expert in B2B SaaS.
  • Languages: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English.
  • Technical Tools: Proficiency in Splunk, Kali Linux, Wireshark, Tenable Nessus, Metasploit Framework, SQL, Apache Hadoop, Apache Spark, Tableau, Power BI, Grafana, Prometheus, Nagios, ELK Stack, New Relic, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Kubernetes.
