About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Manager to join our Revenue Operations team in Gurgaon, India. This role will play a critical part in enhancing the effectiveness of our sales teams and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, training development, and a passion for sales enablement strategies. They should be able to analyze and process data to identify training needs and measure the effectiveness of enablement programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboarding Support: Develop and deliver role-specific onboarding programs to ensure new hires succeed.
  • Training Development: Design and deliver "Do My Job" trainings and skill gap trainings based on data analysis from Salesforce, Tableau, and Excel.
  • Course Creation: Assist in developing new training courses and uploading course content to Highspot.
  • Status Communication: Regularly communicate the status of enablement activities.
  • All Hands Call Support: Support the organization and execution of All Hands calls with all members of the Go-to-Market organization.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field; at least 2+ years experience in a SaaS organization.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Highspot, Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
