Job Overview

Wipro is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing and Sales Enablement Training Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that all training goals and objectives are met at an account level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for digital marketing and sales enablement teams.
  • Manage new hire training programs, planning batches proactively to ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with the client/internal stakeholder SPOC to stay informed about new priorities and manage existing ones.
  • Represent training in various client/internal stakeholder-driven calls and initiatives.
  • Provide trainer development and guidance to ensure optimal performance.
  • Create, maintain, and report detailed records of work done in a timely manner to stakeholders.
Training Governance
  • Allocate resources effectively, ensuring SOW terms are always met.
  • Assess training effectiveness periodically and as needed.
  • Review and assess training SOPs to ensure they align with changes timely.
  • Ensure compliance and execution of all training practices defined for the business.
  • Design and deploy new training frameworks if necessary.
  • Evaluate trainer competence and review monthly performance with fortnightly 1x1s.
  • Publish EWS and monthly training performance reports for WBR, MBR, and QBRs.
Learning Integration
  • Create and implement learning service integration and transition plans, ensuring timely and effective completion.
  • Manage and coordinate the integration and transition of learning services, collaborating with customers to meet requirements.
  • Work with internal and external customers to configure the learning management system to support integration and transition.
  • Facilitate learning service reviews and improvement initiatives, collaborating with service providers and customers to identify areas for improvement.

Salary: Approximately $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
