Sales Enablement Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop customized solutions.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to craft compelling proposals, solutions, and tool recommendations that address client challenges.
- Address client inquiries promptly, providing swift and effective resolutions.
- Facilitate partnerships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) by ensuring necessary training and certifications for the team.
- Maintain data accuracy and discipline for all sales support and partnership-related tasks.
- Deliver targeted training sessions to the Sales and Customer Success teams, enhancing their product and solution knowledge.
- Develop in-depth expertise of category-specific tools available in Wyzard's Marketplace.
- Analyze the competitive landscape and advise Category Managers on valuable tools to consider for Wyzard's Marketplace.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary range: $90,000 - $125,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on solutioning CRM.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
