The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in B2B business leadership, sales, or regional business management. They should have a strong understanding of the Bangalore market, established local networks, and a proven track record of achieving regional revenue targets.
- Business Strategy:
- Develop and execute the B2B business strategy for the Bangalore region aligned with national goals.
- Market Analysis:
- Identify regional market trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to drive business expansion.
- Sales Leadership:
- Drive acquisition of enterprise and mid-market clients across Bangalore and surrounding areas.
This role will be responsible for managing P&L for the Bangalore region, ensuring profitability and cost optimization. The Commercial Business Head will oversee client delivery, onboarding, and customer satisfaction in the region.
Requirements:
