Zone Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Zone Manager to lead our business expansion in the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and developing business plans aligned with our national strategy.

About the Role

The Zone Manager will oversee the development and execution of zonal business plans, ensuring alignment with our company's goals and objectives. This includes:

  1. Drive Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders in partner organizations, identify new partnership opportunities, and develop innovative partnership models to enhance market penetration.
  2. Business Development: Develop and execute zonal business plans, aligning with our national strategy, and achieve zonal targets through partner channels.
  3. Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of existing alliances, ensuring compliance with IRDAI regulations and internal controls.
Requirements
