Job Title: Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our Human Resources processes and practices for the South region.

This role requires strategic collaboration with business stakeholders to build a robust talent pipeline across key functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering on staffing plans within tight timelines, resolving complex employee relations issues, and driving HR programs in the region.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Recruitment and Employee lifecycle management in BFSI Sector, excellent people management skills, analytical and goal-oriented approach, and demonstrable experience with HR metrics.

This position reports into the Lead HR and works closely with senior managers to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to meet business needs.
  • Manage hiring processes, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Collaborate with regional leadership to improve work relationships and build a culture of excellence.
  • Analyze HR metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Solid experience in Recruitment and Employee lifecycle management in BFSI Sector.
  • Excellent people management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
