Job Title: Land Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Acquisition Specialist to lead our land acquisition efforts across multiple sites.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining oversight of land acquisition activities and coordinating with regional teams.
  • Familiarity with private land acquisition, government land allotment, forest land acquisition, and private land acquisition via LARR.
  • Resolving land issues at multiple sites, including litigation related to title, encroachments, ceiling limit exemptions, and more.
  • Preparing periodic MIS reports to exhibit acquisition progress and issue resolution.
  • Familiarity with revenue documentation and collation of title search documents.
  • Managing stakeholders, including land aggregators, regional land teams, business development teams, legal teams, project teams, and finance teams.
  • SUPPORTING REGIONAL TEAMS IN MUTATION, COLLECTION OF ORIGINAL SALE DEEDS, COORDINATION WITH FINANCE TEAMS FOR FUND RELEASE, AND CAPEX BUDGETING.
  • Visiting regional land acquisition sites to monitor acquisition progress and support in resolving land issues.

Requirements:

  • Thorough understanding of land acquisition processes and regulations.
  • Knowledge of land laws and familiarity with revenue documentation, submissions, and government regulations and compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Knowledge of Google Earth and KMZ.
