Key Talent Acquisition Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven talent acquisition specialist to join our US team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong network of contacts, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle for clients in the US, working closely with recruiting leads and hiring managers, sourcing candidates from niche platforms related to IT, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and laws related to the US market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various methods to identify and attract top talent for IT roles, including leveraging professional networks, online platforms, and referrals.
  • Candidate Management: Develop and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and delivering exceptional service.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education and Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using various recruitment software, tools, and technologies, including CRM systems, social media platforms, and job boards.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
