Job Title: Regional Head

About the Role:

This is a senior leadership position responsible for leading and managing design operations in the region. A successful candidate will have a strong foundation in architecture, interior design, project delivery, and client management within commercial and workplace sectors.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced design leader with a proven track record of driving architectural and interior design strategy across multiple projects.

We are seeking a collaborative and forward-thinking individual who can serve as the key point of contact for all regional design initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regional Design Leadership
    • Drive strategic direction for architectural and interior design across all projects in the region.
    • Develop and implement design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
    • Lead client workshops, design presentations, and value engineering discussions to drive business outcomes.
  • Project Oversight & Execution
    • Oversee all design phases from concept to construction documentation to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
    • Coordinate with engineering, MEP, and PMC teams to ensure seamless integration and meet project objectives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Design Excellence & Innovation
    • Develop and maintain high standards of design innovation, space planning, and user-centric design to enhance the employee experience.
    • Implement sustainable solutions that minimize environmental impact and reduce costs.
    • Regularly audit design output to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate consultants, and vendors to drive business growth and opportunities.
    • Handle design-related RFIs, change requests, and design clarifications to ensure smooth project execution.
    • Contribute to business development efforts through design strategy and visioning to expand the company's reach and reputation.
  • Team Management & Mentoring
    • Lead and mentor a regional team of architects, interior designers, and 3D visualizers to develop their skills and expertise.
    • Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide coaching and feedback to support team members' growth and development.
  • Compliance & Risk Management
    • Ensure adherence to statutory norms, building codes, and regulatory approvals to mitigate project risks.
    • Develop and implement processes to identify and manage potential risks and compliance issues.
