Regional Growth Manager

As a Regional Growth Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic expansion of our financial services in the region.

This involves:

  • Entering into and managing partnerships with local officials and dealerships to expand our market reach.
  • Sourcing new customers for our electric vehicle fleet in the local market through direct field work.
  • Analyzing regional market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and developing strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Managing the rollout of our services across the region, including onboarding new partners and managing monthly sales planning.
  • Overseeing soft and hard collections to ensure timely payments from customers.
  • Aligning the region's operations with our pan-India retail vehicle finance strategy, reporting directly to the Regional Head-Retail Finance.
  • Ensuring fluency in local languages and effective communication with local teams and bulk clients.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail loan sales and collections with an NBFC or similar organization.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to engage with the market.
  • Vehicle finance experience, preferably in commercial vehicles.
