We are seeking an experienced Client Servicing Professional to bridge our clients and creative teams. This role demands strong relationship management, deep understanding of brand communication, and the ability to translate client requirements into effective advertising solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as primary point of contact for clients, building and nurturing strong relationships.
- Understand client business goals, marketing objectives, and brand identity to provide strategic inputs.
- Brief internal teams clearly and manage project timelines end-to-end.
- Coordinate and follow up on campaigns, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Present creative ideas, campaign plans, and reports with confidence and clarity.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling of agency services.
- Manage workflows and ensure smooth stakeholder interactions.
- 1-3 years of experience in client servicing in advertising, marketing, or digital agencies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Social media handling is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- A problem-solver with attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
- Passion for advertising, branding, and creative storytelling.
- Prior agency experience is a significant advantage.
