Key Responsibilities:

- Business Development:

- Lead initiatives to enter new markets and launch new products, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures to optimize business performance.
- Market Analysis and Forecasting:
- Conduct thorough market research and develop forecasting models to inform strategic planning.
- Provide data-driven insights to the executive team to inform strategic decisions.
- Operational Alignment:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic initiatives are integrated into operational plans.
- Work closely with product development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor the implementation of strategic initiatives and adjust plans as needed to optimize business outcomes.
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing strategy team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

- Financial Analysis and Budgeting:

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in strategic roles within the industry.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful business strategies.
- Strong understanding of the industry and its trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Leadership skills: Ability to lead, inspire, and manage a diverse team.
