Job Summary:

About the Role:

The Global New Product Development Leader will be responsible for shaping the strategic roadmap for our global new product development and market entry. This includes defining key objectives, developing comprehensive business plans, and ensuring alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Executive Leadership & Strategy:
  • Develop and execute a global strategic roadmap for new product development and market entry
  • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution
Product Innovation & Market Fit:
  • Guide research and development of innovative products that meet consumer needs and exceed expectations
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform product strategy
Brand Development & Global Marketing:
  • Lead brand strategy and messaging across product categories
  • Collaborate with global marketing teams to develop go-to-market plans and launch strategies
Commercialization & Distribution:
  • Establish and maintain international distribution networks
  • Foster relationships with influencers and industry partners to amplify reach
Regulatory & Compliance Leadership:
  • Ensure all products meet regulatory standards in major markets
  • Oversee safety, efficacy, and documentation for global product compliance
Team Leadership & Culture:
  • Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing global team
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation
