The Marketing Director will develop a comprehensive marketing mix and execute successful marketing strategies. The role involves identifying potential therapeutic opportunities, maximizing current product portfolios through strategic line extensions, and sustaining high-volume brands.

  • Prepare and deploy a robust marketing mix aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer segments, and evolving market dynamics using IPM data.
  • Recommend strategic entry into new therapies and specialties aligned with divisional vision.
  • Implement innovative marketing strategies and tactics to drive project success and growth.

Market Development:

  • Develop strategies for market expansion and customer segmentation.
  • Identify and engage key opinion leaders (KOLs) and oversee KOL management strategies.
  • Promote differentiated value propositions and ensure strong field force alignment.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor therapy heads and product managers.
  • Monitor performance against business goals and ensure strong brand performance and profitability.

Field Force Support & Training:

  • Drive marketing strategy implementation through the field force.
  • Train the field team on promotional themes and monitor implementation effectiveness.

Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in managing large portfolios across therapy areas.
