As a seasoned marketing and business development professional, you will lead our hospital's marketing team in Vizag, India.

About the Role

  • You will be responsible for driving business growth by delivering revenue from various channels, including Trade, Insurance, Corporate/PSU, and others.
  • Your key objective will be to empanel CARE with corporates – public & private, and maintain trackers for contracts and renewals.
  • You will expand coverage into new territories, track competition sales, and ensure proper Doctor database management.
  • Apart from this, you will monitor referrals generated daily and manage a team of 10+ direct reportees.
  • You will conduct seminars, CME programs, ORC's, conferences, and camps to generate revenue and brand awareness.
  • Maintaining relationships with doctors, corporates, Insurance & TPAs through joint field work is also part of your responsibilities.
  • You will plan and execute unit-specific campaigns and activities with the branding/digital team.
  • Last but not least, you will prepare monthly reports on sales, coverage, competition, activities, referrals, payor mix, and attrition.

Key Requirements

  • You should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • A proven track record of managing a team size of 10+ direct reportees is essential.
  • Experience in unit level branding / activities and digital initiatives is highly desirable.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Telugu speaking is required.
  • >12 years' experience in healthcare marketing with a focus on doctor referrals and neighborhood marketing is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and its trends is expected.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential.
  • You should be a strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute marketing plans.
  • Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and manage a team is mandatory.
