Director of Data Insights

About the Role:

This senior leadership position is responsible for developing and executing a data-driven strategy across the business, driving strategic insights to inform key decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing analytics teams, with experience in performance marketing, data analysis, and business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a team of data analysts, BI engineers, and data scientists to deliver actionable insights and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics with business needs and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize bids, targeting, creatives, and messaging to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Monitor and manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to ensure campaigns stay on track and meet performance goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and overall campaign performance.
  • Drive growth initiatives through retargeting, CRM-based campaigns, and advanced segmentation strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new advertising technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or growth roles with at least 4+ years leading analytics teams in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of achieving significant ROI from marketing budgets, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including search (Google, Meta, etc.)
  • B2B SaaS marketing experience is mandatory, with a proven track record of executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.
  • Strong proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Mode), SQL, and data modeling concepts.
  • Experience with data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) is a plus.
