We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Channel Director to lead our sourcing vertical, driving sales growth through strategic partnerships with channel partners, corporate tie-ups, and alternative channels.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to build and manage a high-performing sourcing organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of scaling channel-driven sales, developing incentive frameworks, and building robust corporate partnership pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and establish a structured channel meet/event calendar.
  • Create incentive frameworks for channel partners aligned with sales goals.
  • Engage with top-tier channel partners and institutional partners for business activation.
  • Hire, mentor, and lead sourcing managers and executives.
  • Drive engagement with channel partners through events, training, loyalty programs, and digital platforms.
Deliverables:
  • Set up the sourcing team within 6 months.
  • Achieve 50-70% sales contribution from channel partners in Ahmedabad (benchmark).
  • Establish a robust corporate partnership pipeline.
  • Create a structured channel meet/event calendar.
Ideal Candidate:
  • MBA or graduate with a strong sales background.
  • 12-15 years of real estate sales experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience in CP/Sourcing roles at reputable developers.
  • Extensive network of channel partners across Visakhapatnam and Gujarat.
  • Proven track record of scaling channel-driven sales.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
