We are seeking a Strategic Architecture Director to drive the architectural vision of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of project requirements and context.
  • Promote and articulate detailed design briefs aligned with client objectives.
  • Present optimal architectural plans that balance functionality, aesthetics, and efficiency.
  • Coordinate plan submissions and secure approvals from relevant authorities.
  • Identify and engage external consultants as necessary.
  • Evaluate and ensure design integrity throughout project development and execution.
  • Manage vendor selection, contracting, and relationships.
  • Oversight of design coordination with operational teams to ensure seamless integration of operational needs.
Requirements:
  • 4-10 years of professional experience in architecture, preferably in hospitality, commercial, or large-scale developments.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of design principles, building codes, and approval processes.
  • Able to lead design development and interact with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience coordinating with consultants and vendors.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong sense of design integrity and ability to translate concepts into executable plans.
  • Experience in hospitality projects is beneficial.
