Director of Strategic Partnerships

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and grow our strategic partnership with Zoho Corporation.

The role involves owning the alliance charter end-to-end – strategy, go-to-market (GTM) execution, capability building, and delivery enablement – while driving measurable business growth through Zoho's SaaS platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned to firm priorities.
  • Building strong senior relationships with Zoho leadership and sales teams.
  • Driving joint GTM initiatives – account mapping, co-selling, campaigns, and pursuits.
  • Establishing a Zoho Center of Excellence for certified talent, reference architectures, and accelerators.
  • Integrating Zoho with domain intellectual property and multi-line offerings to differentiate solutions.
  • Tracking and reporting alliance key performance indicators (KPIs) including pipeline, influenced revenue, and certifications.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • At least 16 years of experience in consulting, SaaS, or enterprise technology with proven alliance or partner leadership.
  • Strong understanding of Zoho's product suite (CRM, finance/ERP, HR, low-code, analytics, etc.) or similar SaaS ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated success in revenue growth through partnerships and GTM execution.
  • Experience in practice building and talent enablement.
  • Excellent CXO-level stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Prior cloud knowledge is a plus.
