As a leader in strategic initiatives, you will drive our company's ambitious portfolio forward. This high-visibility role requires a visionary thinker and hands-on operator who can manage complex projects, secure partnerships, and ensure timely execution.

The ideal candidate will have experience in program management, strategic initiatives, or operations, ideally in AI, technology policy, or global nonprofits. They will be responsible for prioritizing, planning, and implementing our initiatives, as well as leading cross-functional teams and vendors to execute them.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Portfolio Management
  • Prioritize initiatives based on impact, ROI, and strategic value.
  • Build and maintain a 36-month phased roadmap.
  • Monitor progress, risks, and ensure deliverables are on track.
  • Execution & Delivery
  • Lead cross-functional teams and vendors to execute initiatives.
  • Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and KPIs.
  • Ensure initiatives launch on schedule.
  • Sponsorship & Revenue Enablement
  • Support sponsorship strategy by aligning initiatives with partner goals.
  • Ensure deliverables for sponsors are met with excellence.
  • Team Leadership
  • Oversee initiative managers, consultants, and interns.
  • Establish clear goals, dashboards, and reporting systems.

The ideal candidate should possess strong project management skills, excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. They should also have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and take ownership of outcomes.
