Lead Fundraising & Partnerships Strategist:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled fundraising professional to spearhead our efforts in securing strategic partnerships and funding for our organization.

About the Role

  • This is an exciting opportunity to develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy that drives growth, impact, and returns on investment.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading successful fundraising campaigns, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • They will be responsible for overseeing the development of compelling proposals, reports, and pitches that showcase our organization's mission, values, and impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy that aligns with our organization's goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, CSR leaders, philanthropists, and impact investors.
  • Identify and cultivate new funding opportunities, negotiate partnership agreements, and drive business growth.
  • Oversee the development of high-quality donor-facing communications, including proposals, reports, and pitches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective implementation of fundraising initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of experience in fundraising, strategic partnerships, or business development within the nonprofit, CSR, or impact investing space.
  • Proven track record of leading multi-crore, multi-year partnerships and raising significant funds from CSR heads, foundations, or HNIs.
  • Strong understanding of India's social impact ecosystem and ability to translate complexity into clarity across proposals, pitches, and reports.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
