Job Overview

The Fundraiser Executive will spearhead the development of strategic fundraising initiatives, focusing on CSR collaborations. This is a dynamic, public-facing role suited for someone with exceptional communication skills, perseverance, and the ability to translate our vision into compelling funding opportunities for corporates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting & Outreach
    • Identify and cultivate a pipeline of potential corporate and CSR leads through thorough research and outreach efforts.
    • Initiate contact through targeted cold calling and email campaigns.
    • Evaluate lead quality and set up introductory meetings.
  • Proposal Development
    • Contribute to the creation, customization, and presentation of CSR proposals, decks, and donor communications aligned to relevant frameworks.
    • Collaborate closely with the content/strategy team to highlight impactful stories and data.
  • Donor Engagement
    • Arrange and participate in meetings with CSR heads and decision-makers.
    • Prepare meeting briefs, presentations, and follow-up notes.
    • Maintain ongoing communication with partners to foster strong relationships.
  • Relationship Management
    • Evaluate transparent communication and timely delivery of progress/impact reports to funders.
    • Support donor recognition, acknowledgements, and branding deliverables.
  • Events & Immersive Experiences
    • Coordinate corporate visits to our Experience Centres and donor engagement events.
    • Assist in organising fundraising campaigns, workshops, and public-facing CSR events.
  • Documentation & Reporting
    • Maintain accurate donor databases, track outreach metrics (calls, emails, meetings), and report progress to leadership.
    • Support compliance and due diligence documentation for CSR partners.
