Fundraising & Partnerships Executive

The successful candidate will be a highly strategic and results-driven professional with expertise in fundraising, partnerships, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy to drive growth and revenue.
  • Lead the implementation of key initiatives and projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination across various business areas.
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to drive business growth and expansion.
Requirements:
  • 12–15 years of experience in fundraising, partnerships, or business development within the nonprofit, CSR, or impact investing space.
  • Proven track record of success in leading fundraising efforts and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong strategic execution skills, with ability to build and execute complex plans and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience working in growth-stage nonprofits or leading fundraising for multi-state interventions.
  • Strong grasp of India's social impact ecosystem and ability to navigate complex donor networks.
  • Compelling storyteller and sharp writer, able to translate complexity into clarity across proposals, pitches, and reports.
