About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Property Acquisition Director to lead our property acquisition efforts in the Chennai market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients through sales calls and lead generation
  • Raise customer satisfaction and loyalty by maintaining regular communication and follow-up with existing clients
  • Promote and sell apartments and plots to potential clients while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Conduct thorough analysis of various marketing channels to convert leads into sales
  • Cultivate strong relationships with qualified leads by initiating outbound communication and setting up meetings based on their requirements
  • Continuously monitor and improve sales performance to meet or exceed established targets

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in property sales, real estate, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales and client management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
