Job Title: Executive Director

About the Position:

The ideal candidate will oversee and direct end-to-end delivery of data management services, encompassing data engineering, migration, modernization, and governance projects.

This involves ensuring delivery excellence through well-defined methodologies, standardized practices, and quality assurance frameworks.

Responsibilities include:

  • Defining, implementing, and enforcing best practices and standards for data project execution.
  • Monitoring project health through key performance indicators, metrics, and governance reviews.
  • Ensuring risk management, escalation protocols, and change control processes are in place and effective.
  • Leading data strategy creation and implementation that helps the organization to effectively collect, manage, use, and protect its data to support business goals and drive value.
  • Leading architecture and design: Defining scalable and secure data architecture for data pipelines, warehousing, and processing systems.
  • Technology selection: Evaluating and recommending appropriate tools, platforms (e.g., Spark, Kafka, Airflow, Snowflake), and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
