Job Title: Service Designer

We are seeking a skilled Service Designer with a design background to join our team.

In direct collaboration with our Director of Innovation, you will:

  • Create tailored innovation programs and detailed proposals that align with client-specific needs, constraints, and objectives.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, facilitate service design workshops, and identify opportunities where human-centered innovation can drive value for clients.
  • Derive insights from user research and create qualitative analysis reports and insights documentation for client projects.
  • Provide methodology support to corporate teams in the different phases of each project, including user research, ideation, prototyping, and user testing.

Your profile should have:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a designer in the innovation space.
  • Mastery of user-centered design methodologies at every step of the service design process.
  • Strong facilitation skills for workshops and training sessions.
  • An exceptional ability to synthesize qualitative insights into actionable strategies.
  • A keen understanding of technological trends and challenges.

You will learn and grow by working in an innovative environment, adapting UX/service design to a broader context, enriching your culture of technology and innovation, and being at the center of the innovation ecosystem by working with startups and corporates.
