Job Title: Telco Solutions Architect

We are seeking a skilled Telco Solutions Architect to join our team. This role will involve working closely with clients to understand their business challenges and designing tailored solutions that leverage AI and machine learning technologies.

The successful candidate will have experience in a client-facing role within the telco industry, with a strong understanding of telecom operations and technologies. They will also possess deep expertise in AI and machine learning, with a focus on their application in the telco sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and manage strong relationships with key decision-makers in telco organizations.
  • Design and implement AI-driven solutions that address client pain points.
  • Provide strategic guidance on how emerging technologies can transform client operations and customer offerings.
  • Lead consultative sales engagements and guide clients through the AI journey.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of AI solutions, from pre-sales to post-sales support.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role within the telco industry.
  • Deep expertise in AI and machine learning technologies.
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with internal and external teams.
