Lead Workday Solution Architect

The Lead Workday Solution Architect will oversee the design of scalable and future-proof solutions across Workday modules, ensuring alignment with business needs and enterprise requirements.

About the Role

This position requires expertise in solution architecture and design, governance, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in managing large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solution Architecture & Design: Develop solutions that meet business needs, ensuring scalability and future-readiness across Workday modules.
  • Governance & Compliance: Establish governance frameworks for configuration changes, manage security design and access controls to meet compliance standards, conduct regular audits, and maintain documentation.
  • System Integrity & Change Management: Oversee change processes across production, sandbox, and implementation tenants, ensure data accuracy and integrity through governance policies and monitoring.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Create advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics for leadership insights.
