We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Workday Specialist.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Workday integration development, core concepts, and business objects. They should be skilled in identifying relationships between Process-Based Objects (PBO) and Record-Based Objects (RBO), utilizing Calc Fields, and demonstrating proficiency in EIB Core Connector, Worker Core Connector, Benefit, Workday Studio Navigation, Search, Security Reports, and other related areas.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Workday integrations with expertise in calc fields, security migrations, and migration strategies.
  • Analyze business requirements and design solutions using Workday Extend, XSLT, and other relevant technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Technical Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with Workday integration development, including Calc Fields, security, and migration.
  • Strong understanding of business objects, PBO, RBO, and relationships.
  • Familiarity with EIB Core Connector, Worker Core Connector, Benefit, Workday Studio Navigation, Search, Security Reports, and other related tools.
  • Proficiency in XSLT, Workday Extend, and other relevant technologies.
