About the Role:

This exciting opportunity calls for a skilled Software Development Engineer who can contribute to our suite of Improvement Apps. You'll work closely with diverse teams to design, develop, and maintain platforms that serve internal stakeholders, clinicians, and patients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Data Analysis: Interpret data, analyze results, and provide ongoing reports on patient engagement.
  • Database Design: Contribute to database design, data collection systems, data analytics, and strategies that optimize statistical analysis and data quality.
  • Data Acquisition: Acquire data from primary or secondary sources, extract data sets, and maintain databases/data systems.
  • Data Filtering: Filter and 'clean' data by reviewing reports and performance indicators.
  • Business Alignment: Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of C#/.Net/Angular/Microservices/DS&A.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Experience with cloud infrastructure and architecture patterns, preferably Azure.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize scheduling, and communicate effectively.

You may also bring:

  • Healthcare IT Experience: Software development experience within healthcare IT and understanding of key data models and interoperability standards.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Knowledge of healthcare compliance and Application Security.
  • Agile Methodologies: Agile/Scrum software development practices.
  • Business Intelligence: Business Intelligence or Data warehousing experience.
