Job Title:

  • Director of Innovation and Product Excellence

This role is responsible for spearheading the Research and Development function with a strong focus on innovation, product development, and technical superiority.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership & Vision: Define and implement the R&D strategy in alignment with overall business objectives. Collaborate with executive leadership to prioritize research projects and innovation initiatives.
  • R&D Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the R&D team. Oversee new product development, formulation enhancements, prototyping, and testing.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, quality assurance, procurement, and marketing teams to ensure product readiness and market fit.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Stay up to date with scientific, technological, and market trends. Ensure documentation, certification, and audit-readiness of R&D processes.

Requirements:

  • 5 - 6 years of experience in a similar position
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Working Conditions:

  • Fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Regular travel may be required
