Job Overview

As a leading innovator in speech and voice systems, we are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design and optimize cutting-edge pipelines for next-generation consumer AI products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied AI, with expertise in speech technologies, including speech-to-text (STT) and text-to-speech (TTS) systems.

  • Develop low-latency STT systems optimized for edge devices, utilizing techniques such as caching, streaming, and batching strategies.
  • Implement and enhance TTS systems, including multi-voice support and style variations.
  • Prototype and refine wake-word detection, integrating noise suppression, VAD, AGC, and audio normalization for robust performance.
  • Apply model optimization techniques for offline/CPU-first inference, ensuring efficient and scalable solutions.
Key Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional experience in applied AI, with at least 3 years focused on speech technologies.
  • Proven track record of delivering production-grade STT/TTS systems with low-latency and high-quality results.
  • Strong knowledge of audio/DSP fundamentals: resampling, denoising, VAD, loudness normalization.
  • Proficiency in Python, with experience using FastAPI/Docker for model serving.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with multilingual voice systems and real-time streaming architectures.
  • Exposure to IoT/edge deployment and the ability to ensure seamless integration with cloud infrastructure.
